What is Chroes's Return Policy? How does it work?
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
In case you feel minor alterations are required and you can get that fixed on your end. Chroes covers the cost of alterations you need.

One can cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.
To return an item, please reach out to the customer service either via call or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your return/exchange.
After that our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your location but in case the reverse pickup is not available on the pin code then in that case you have to ship an item securely in its original packaging along with Bill to the below-mentioned address and share the tracking details to us via email:

In case of self shipping do send us a copy of the tracking slip to reimburse the reverse courier charges. The Max. charges which can be reimburse is Rs.100. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange or refund. Please allow at least 4-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Return Procedure if not initiated within 2 days, it will not be considered for return.
- If the product received is not approved by Chroes, in that case the product will be shipped back to the customer and Chroes will be not liable for the refund.
